A Bit About Me

Hi, I'm Eimaan!

I am currently a Therapist-Intern with a focus on supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, and stress, while addressing cultural and religious concerns.

As a Muslim Pakistani woman pursuing a Master's in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, informed by my own cultural and religious experiences. My approach is centered on creating a welcoming and respectful space that acknowledges and honours the diverse backgrounds of my clients. I am committed to understanding and integrating cultural and religious dimensions into our therapeutic work, recognizing how these aspects shape your experiences and identity.

I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including: Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, to tailor our sessions to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are seeking personal growth or navigating specific challenges, my aim is to support you with empathy and understanding.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer relational therapy to help address relationship difficulties and enhance intimacy. My goal is to facilitate open communication and foster deeper connections between partners.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy baking, exploring new cities, and spending time with loved ones. These activities not only bring me joy, but also inspire my therapeutic practice. Taking the step to begin therapy is a meaningful journey, and I am here to offer compassionate support as we explore and work together towards your goals, in a culturally affirming environment.
