Dear Clients,Â
After carefully analyzing increases in our operating and overhead costs, we are writing to inform you of a necessary forthcoming price increase. To meet the demands of our growing practice and to continue to provide effective quality care, as well as to keep up with the rising costs due to inflation, we will be making changes to our fee structure.
Starting Monday January 2, 2023, our fee structure for new clients (i.e, someone not actively working with our clinicians) will be as follows:
Individual Therapy 60 minutes - $160 +HST
Individual Therapy 90 minutes - $240 +HST
Relational Therapy 60 minutes - $180 +HST
Relational Therapy 90 minutes - $270 +HST
If you are an existing client, and have been working with one of our clinicians before Jan 2023, this price increase does not impact you on the above mentioned date.
For existing clients: The fee structure will change effective Monday February 13th 2023 and will be as follows:
Individual Therapy 60 minutes - $160 +HST
Individual Therapy 90 minutes - $240 +HST
Relational Therapy 60 minutes - $180 +HST
Relational Therapy 90 minutes - $270 +HST
We will continue to offer sliding scale (reduced fee) sessions with our clinicians, and if you have negotiated a reduced fee with your therapist - this change does not impact you.
Additionally, we will continue to offer low-cost therapy options with our team of Therapist-Interns, whose work is supervised directly by our clinical supervisors.
If you have any questions in regards to the price increase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your therapist or our admin team. We truly value accessibility to quality health care, and will never want to have finances become a barrier to your wellbeing.
