Cancellation Policy Revised - What You Need to Know

Dear Valued Clients,

In recent times, we have all felt the impact of rising operational costs, a challenge that is not unique to any single sector but felt across the board. As a dedicated provider of mental health services, we are not immune to these economic pressures. Our primary goal has always been to offer the highest quality care while maintaining affordability for our community.

To address these financial challenges and ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible support, we have made some strategic adjustments to how we operate. These changes are designed to absorb the increased costs without compromising the quality of our services.

Prioritizing Accessible Care: Our Revised Cancellation Policy

We have made the decision to update our cancellation policy to a required 48-hour notice period as of June 1st, 2024. This means that any requests to cancel or reschedule made within 48 hours of your session time will carry the full session fee.

We understand the importance of timely access to care for all of our clients. A last-minute session cancellation not only affects the individual client, but also blocks the opportunity for others who could have benefited from that appointment time. By implementing this new policy, we aim to ensure that more clients can receive the care they need when they need it.

New Fee Structure

Our current Fees will be remaining the same for Registered Psychotherapist “Qualifying” clinicians. This includes Bhavani Narayanan, Megan Day, Michael Poydenko, Danielle Lancaster, and Karla Rivera.

As of July 1st, 2024 the following fees will apply for Registered Psychotherapists:

1-hour individual therapy: $180

90-minute individual therapy: $270

1-hour couples or family therapy: $200

90-minute couples or family therapy: $300

These new fees will affect sessions with Kristina Beifuss, Sarah Potvin, Katarina Guillen, Tim McCurdy-Myers, Jason Carrasco, and Carling Mashinter.

We understand that change can be unsettling, and we want to assure you that these decisions were made with the utmost care and consideration for the needs of our clients and the sustainability of our practice.

Should you have any questions or need further clarification about these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are here to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

Thank you for your continued trust and support. We look forward to continuing to serve you with the same dedication and quality you have come to expect from us.
