Important Notice: Winter Weather Policy 

Dear valued clients, 

As winter approaches and the threat of adverse travel conditions loom, please review our winter weather cancellation policy outlined below: 

If you cannot come to the office for an in-person appointment: you are welcome to contact our admin team and switch to a virtual appointment at your same scheduled time. If you do not wish to attend your appointment virtually, our normal 24-hour cancellation policy will apply. 

If an office closure is necessary: we will notify you via phone and/or e-mail as early as possible. Appointments will become virtual at the originally scheduled time. If you do not wish to attend your appointment virtually, we will waive cancellation fees. 

Your safety and the safety of our staff and clinicians is very important to us, and by using the technology available to us for virtual sessions, we can eliminate missed appointments and dangerous travel risks.
